2018

Company Incorporation & Store Opening

GREWAL SUPER MART (PRIVATE) LIMITED was officially incorporated on 11th May 2018 under SECP regulations. Our flagship store opened in Green Town, Korangi — immediately establishing itself as the area's most well-stocked neighbourhood supermart. The initial product range covered over 1,200 FMCG and grocery items sourced from leading Pakistani brands.

2019

Wholesale Division Launch & Brand Partnerships

Recognising strong demand from local retailers and businesses, we launched a dedicated wholesale distribution division. This year also saw us formalise partnerships with several major FMCG brands, securing preferential pricing and direct supply agreements that allowed us to significantly expand our catalogue to over 2,500 products.

2020

Home Delivery Launch & Digital Transformation

In response to evolving customer needs, we launched our home delivery service — one of the earliest in our district. We also digitised our inventory management systems and introduced an online ordering platform, allowing customers to shop conveniently from home. By year-end, home delivery accounted for 25% of our total sales volume.

2021

B2B Corporate Accounts Programme

We formalised our B2B Corporate Accounts Programme, onboarding over 50 corporate clients including manufacturing companies, educational institutions, and hospitality businesses. This programme introduced dedicated account managers, customised supply agreements, and monthly consolidated invoicing — elevating our service offering to professional enterprise standards.

Import Division & International Products

We established our Import and International Sourcing Division, bringing premium international brands and products to our customers.
